Terms & Conditions
Below are our terms and conditions for new and regular patients and for some of our most popular treatments, please read and initial the appropriate section relating to you, section 1,2& 3 are mandatory, your practitioner will guide you to your treatment sections.
New Patient Consultation
You will be sent your registration form in advance we ask that you fill this out in full and send it back either before your appointment or bring this with you, forms that are not sent or brought with will delay your appointment and eat into your time. Once your appointment has been booked you will be charge a consultation fee this will be redeemable against your treatment if booked within one month of your consultation the fee can also be redeemed against recommended products.
Cancelling Your Appointment
We have a strict policy that we ask for 24 working hours to cancel your appointment or move this appointment otherwise penalties will apply, for example you will loose your full consultation fee, if you have booked a treatment as well you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee, if your appointment is on a Monday you will need to contact us on a Friday.
When booking your treatment you may be asked for 50% of the treatment fee and we ask you to pat attention to the Cancelling Your Appointment section above, so that you don’t loose your 50% booking fee.
